Please note: Your service provider covers the cost of all irrigation parts for main lines and common areas. The cost of irrigation parts (such as sprinkler/sprayer heads and lines) specific to your individual lot will be covered by your HOA, in coordination with your respective service provider. Additionally, please be aware that your lawn care payment is separate from your HOA payment. A separate monthly payment for lawn care is due directly to your service provider.
